TRAINING OPTIONS

Location: The Gym MPLS – Golden Valley, Minnesota
Session Duration: 60 minutes
Session Rate: $75 per session

  • 4-day in-person training is for clients fully committed to their personal development. You’ll train with me four days a week at The Gym MPLS, receiving personalized strength and conditioning programming tailored to your goals and limiting factors. Ongoing movement assessments ensure we’re driving progress while maintaining optimal movement quality.

  • 2-Day In-Person Training is built for clients who want high-level coaching with a more flexible schedule. Train with me two days a week at The Gym MPLS and receive individualized strength and conditioning programming focused on your goals, needs, and movement limitations. Ongoing movement assessments help guide progress and ensure we’re building strength and quality efficiently.

  • Hybrid Training is for clients who want a mix of in person coaching and independent training. You will train with me in person two days per week at The Gym MPLS and receive two additional individualized training sessions to complete on your own. Each program is tailored to your goals with movement assessments and ongoing support to keep your progress on track both in and out of the gym.
